If you would like to be considered for a Brand postion, please email us with a media kit for consideration. Please also include photos of the bedroom you will use for photos. List a few prints you feel would be best suit (after all, you are the styling genius)

Below are the break downs on what we expect for each position.

Brand Reps


– Photos need to be clear, crisp and showing true colour (as we will use these to advertise our products, we need to give a true expectation on the colours people can expect)
– We ask that you post one photo a week on your feed during a 3 month period (12 photos in total)
– Please post these in a time that is high traffic for your account and use call to actions
– Email/ Dropbox the high quality images to us at princesspandapantsco@gmail.com

Brand Enthusiasts

– Photos need to be clear, crisp and showing true colour (as we will use these to advertise our products, we need to give a true expectation on the colours people can expect)
– We ask that you post one photo a fortnight on your feed during a 3 month period (6 photos in total)
– Email/ Dropbox the high quality images to us at princesspandapantsco@gmail.com
– Purchase to be made within 7 days of accepting your position
– You will receive 25% off your purchase

Collaborations
– Photos need to be clear, crisp and showing true colour (as we will use these to advertise our products, we need to give a true expectation on the colours people can expect)
– We ask that you post one photo a fortnight on your feed during a 1 month period (4 photos in total)
– Email/ Dropbox the high quality images to us at princesspandapantsco@gmail.com

Here are the expectations we have for all roles, we reserve the right to withdraw your contract if you do not adhere to these conditions. Upon the cancellation of your contract, brand reps and collaborations will be invoiced for the products received. Full payment is expected within 7 days of receiving the invoice. If this is not paid, further action will be undertaken.

We ask that you tell us if you are unable to meet your photo posting commitment for any reason. Communication is key and we need to know when you are unable to adhere to these. So we can work with you for a resolution. We understand that kids are the epitome of illness. So sickness can not be avoided, please just keep the communication open so we can help in any way.


We ask that you join a part of our family and help us grow, we will also share anything you ask us to share to help you grow! After all we are family. However if you are taking on any roles during your term that may clash with our product. Please let us know. We love other brands and work closely with so many other small businesses. Unfortunately however, not all businesses have the same ethics as us and we would need to check in with them to make sure everything is okay (and maybe make some new friends)

We ask that if there is any “drama” as this is inevitable some days, that you do not involve us or “join in”. This can be bad for both your image and Princess Panda Pants Co’s image. We Would hate to have you burn any bridges for future work. However, if you see anything that you feel needs to be brought to our attention. You are welcome to let us know privately.
