Below you will find the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions about our bed linen and the order process. Our ‘Shipping and Returns’ page has some handy info, too.

Our bed linen

What fabrics do you use?

We use 100% cotton on all orders for all parts – right down to the thread. We believe in limiting plastic use (such as polyester) and know that cotton is the best for little skin.

What is your turn around time?

Due to the nature of our products, all of our items are made to order. This allows us to work each piece to suit your rooms. Our turn around times can be found on each product description.

Can I rush my order?

Unfortunately no. We believe that everyone is as important as each other . We may be running ahead of schedule and you are welcome to email and check an estimated date, however we may not be able to accommodate the date needed if you didn’t order with enough time.

Do my items come pre washed?

We think this is the most important question about our bed linen – who wants to wait to put brand new sheets on a bed? All bed linen comes pre-washed with a colour catcher, to ensure no dye runs during your first wash, so your purchase is ready to go on the bed as soon as you receive it. This is to ensure that the fabric shrinks minimally after you receive it, and that all colours will not bleed into each other. We use Dirt laundry detergent – an Australian made and owned eco-laundry detergent, that is naturally derived, light on irritating ingredients (that is, good for most sensitive skins) and 100% biodegradable. More information can be found here. We recommend washing with another colour catcher, in case of excess dye after the preshrink wash, and washing liquid of your choice once they arrive to you.

My fabric colour is different to the picture?

This could be due to several factors. Each monitor is calibrated differently and may show colours differently. There is also a possibility that your fabric might have a slightly different hue due to the printing process of the fabric. Whilst care is taken to ensure that it is as close to the picture as possible, we have no control over the printing process due to ink batches.

Placing an order

My discount coupon won’t work, what do I do?

Firstly please check that the coupon is still valid. If it is still valid and the checkout won’t process it, please email us prior to ordering. Please do not order then email us as your request will be declined as we are unable to refund part orders through our website provider.

I forgot a discount code – can I cancel and reorder?

Unfortunately, this cancellation would classify as a change of mind cancellation. As we do not do cancellations for this, we are unable to refund your order. At the check out you will find terms and conditions you agreed to stating that forgetting to use a coupon will not have the amount refunded.  

Shipping and Delivery

What is your postage cost?

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 inside Australia. This means no matter what you buy, all orders under $150 will only cost $9.95 (orders over $150 are shipped free). International Post is charged with weight of order. 

When will my order be shipped?

All of our order dispatch times are listed on each item descriptions and product sub categories. Sometimes your order might be sent sooner due to fabric stock as we may already have some on hand. We are unable to push your order through any faster and ask that you order in advance knowing the times. These times DO NOT include postage times. This is dependant on Australia Post.

I included delivery instructions in my notes – will these be followed through with?

We can note your requests on the shipping slip, but we cannot control how your order is delivered.

I added to an unshipped order – when will my orders be sent?

If you would like to add more items onto an order you have placed that has not been marked as shipped, both orders will be sent together. Your items will be dispatched on the new orders turn around time (each items turn around time can be found on the items description and product sub categories).

My item was marked as completed Friday, when will it be sent?

All items marked as completed between Friday – Sunday will be posted the following week on our next post run.

Refunds and Returns

I have changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not allow change of mind refunds. This is due to the fact that fabric is ordered / cut to size upon receiving.

What if my order is faulty?

For a faulty product the customer must post back at their own expense and the cost of postage will be refunded once the item has arrived back to us and confirmed faulty.
