Below you will find the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If you can not find the answer to your question, please feel free to email us or message us on our socials for an answer (subject to our opening times)

  • When will my order be shipped?

    – All of our order dispatch times are listed on each item descriptions and product sub categories. Sometimes your order might be sent sooner due to fabric stock (digital prints) as we may already have some on hand. We are unable to push your order through any faster and ask that you order in advance knowing the times. These times DO NOT include postage times. This is dependant on Australia Post.

  • I included delivery instructions in my notes. Will these be followed through with?

    Unfortunately we do not control the couriers delivering your order, we are unable to  give delivery instructions to the delivery drivers. 
  • What fabrics do you use?

    We use 100% Cotton on all orders for all parts. Right down to the thread. We believe in limiting plastic use (such as polyester) and know that cotton is the best for little skin.

  • I added to unshipped order, when will my orders be sent?

    – If you would like to add more items onto an order you have placed that has not been marked as shipped. Both orders will be sent together. Your items will be dispatched on the new orders turn around time (each items turn around time can be found on the items description and product sub categories)

  • What is your turn around time?

    Due to the nature of our products, all of our items are made to order. This allows us to work each piece to suit your rooms. Our turn around times can be found on each product description or in the prints sub catagory.

  • Can I rush my order?

    Unfortunately no, We believe that everyone is as important as each other . We may be running ahead of schedule and you are welcome to email and check an estimated date, however we may not be able to accomodate the date needed if you didn’t order with enough time.

  • What is your postage Cost?

    We charge a flat rate of $15 inside Australia due to the weight of each order . This means no matter what you buy, all orders under $200 will only cost $15 (Orders over $200 are free) International Post is charged with weight of order. You can add express postage for orders inside of Australia under the “extras” catagory for an additional $5

  • My Item was marked as completed Friday, when will it be sent?

    All items Marked as completed between Friday – Sunday will be posted the following week on our next post run.

  • I have changed my mind, can I get a refund?

    Unfortunately, we do not allow change of mind refunds. This is due to the fact that fabric is ordered / cut to size upon receiving.

  • Do my items come pre washed?

    We wash all fabrics before we create every order with a colour catcher and vinegar only as we understand that little skin is sensitive. This is to ensure that the fabric shrinks minimally once washed for use at yours and that all colours will not bleed into each other. We recommend washing with another colour catcher, in case of excess dye after the preshrink wash and washing liquid of your choice once they arrive too you.

  • My Fabric Colour is Different to the picture?

    This could be due to several factors. Each monitor is calibrated differently and may show colours differently. There is also a possibility that your fabric might have a slightly different hue due to the printing process of the fabric. Whilst care is taken to ensure that it is as close to the picture as possible, we have no control over the printing process due to ink batches.

  • Can I get my products gift wrapped?

    Yes! You can find gift wrapping under the “extras” category. This includes a gift box, tissue paper and ribbon.

  • Do you sell gift cards?

    Yes! We have $50, $100, $150 & $200 gift cards available in the “extras” tab. You will receive an email, with a printable designed slip with an exclusive code.

  • My Discount Coupon won’t work, what do I do?

    Firstly please check that the coupon is still valid. If it is still valid and the checkout won’t process it, please email us prior to ordering. We are unable to refund part orders through our website provider. Please do not order then email us as your request will be declinded Due to this

  • I Forgot a discount code, can I cancel and reorder?

  • Unfortunately this cancelation would classify as a change of mind cancelation. As we do not do cancelations for this, we are unable to refund your order. At the check out you will find terms and conditions you agreed to stating that forgetting to use a coupon will not have the amount refunded.
