Shipping and Returns

All designs are made to order to suit your needs, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. However, we are happy to replace any faulty items within 14 days of receiving your order, though you may be subjected to waiting time if the fabric is not in stock. 

All returns are to be approved by us prior to posting.

If you have a fault with your order or would like to return please contact as provided below.

For a faulty product the customer must post back at their own expense and the cost of postage will be refunded once the item has arrived back to us and confirmed faulty.

Registered or trackable shipping must be purchased to return item. New item or repaired item will be posted at our cost if the item is deemed faulty/defective.

The information and images provided on this website are for general information purposes and use only. Every endeavour is made to keep the product information complete and correct, however the customer is responsible for ensuring the product they purchase is suitable for their specific requirements (e.g. sizing). We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing, shrinkage or change of mind, so please choose your items carefully and follow the care instructions.

Product Colour Disclaimer

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly due to different device screen settings. In purchasing from Princess Panda Pants Co, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, the representation on our website, and colour difference due to screen settings. 

Any requests for refund of a product due to customer dissatisfaction with colour or design of a print falls under change of mind, and will not be refunded.

There may be a slight colour variation in your fabrics – this is due to the printing process. Whilst all care is taken to ensure the colours are exact, we can not control a slight variation in tones due to inks. Depending on the curing process, there may be a slight fade upon your first wash due to the ink, though the faded colour is what the print is supposed to be.

Postal Costs & Information

At Princess Panda Pants Co, we believe in keeping postal and handling costs as low as possible.

We offer a $9.95 Flat Rate charge on all orders up to $150 inside Australia, no matter how big your order is. Orders in Australia over $150 are shipped free!

For International orders, we have a flat rate per item bought system that can be seen at the checkout.

Please allow 3 up to business days from your order being marked as ready to ship – to Australia Post receiving it.

All orders are automatically safe dropped with Australia Post.

Turnaround and shipping

Turnaround time from placing your order to postal date can be found on each items description. If there is an urgency for your product, please ensure you order in advance and leave time for the postal service to deliver.

Postal times

Australia:

  • Regular: 5-7 business days approx. ( depending on Australia Post & your location)
  • Express: 1-4 business days approx. (depending on your location)

International:

  • 2-6 weeks approx.
  • Please note that all international orders are declared to the purchase value – it is a federal offence to declare these any differently and we will not be liable for any import tax your country may impose.
  • Please keep in mind, Princess Panda Pants Co do not control your local postal services. So these times may change with your local postal service. Please contact them for an ETD if the times above have passed.

Shipping times can be estimated on the Australia Post website (calculate delivery times) posted from 5086 postcode.

Damaged items

Please notify us immediately if you receive any damaged or faulty items so that we can assist you at the earliest convenience. You will need to lodge a case with Australia Post and this may involve keeping the original packaging for inspection of your item was damaged in transit.
