Shipping and Returns

Thank you for shopping at Princess Panda Pants Co

All designs are custom made to order to suit your preferred colour combination; therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, however we are happy to replace any faulty items.

There may be a slight colour variation in your fabrics – this is due to the printing process. Whilst all care is taken to ensure the colours are exact, we can not control a slight variation in tones due to inks. 

If you have an issue with your order or would like to return/refund please email us below.

For a faulty product the customer must post back at their own expense and the cost of postage will be refunded once item has arrived back to us and confirmed faulty.

Registered or trackable shipping must be purchased to return item. New item will be posted at our cost.

We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind, so please choose your items carefully. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Postal Costs:

At Princess Panda Pants Co, we believe in keeping postal and handling costs as low as possible. We offer a $15 Flat Rate charge on all orders inside Australia , no matter how big your order is. For International orders, we have a flat rate per item bought system that can be seen at the checkout

Turnaround and Shipping:

Turnaround time from placing your order to postal date is approximately 10-20 business days for normal cotton and 6 weeks for print to order cotton. Exact times can be found on each items description. If there is an urgency for your product, please contact me prior to submitting your order so that I can provide a faster turnaround for the delivery of your product.

Postal times:

Australia: 5-7 business days Approx

International: 6+ Weeks Approx

Please keep in mind, Princess Panda Pants Co do not control your local postal services. So these times may change with your local postal service. Please contact them for an ETD if the times above have passed.

Damaged Items:

Please notify us immediately if you receive any damaged or faulty items so that we can assist you at the earliest convenience. Damages made by Postal Companies are not covered, we are happy to insure your products to cover the off chance of postal damage at the customers cost, please contact us prior to ordering if you would like insurance added to your parcel.
