Orders have a turn around time found in each item description however, some times this might be delayed if the fabric you ordered is out of stock at our wholesalers or is custom ordered in for you from an unknown supplier.
We do not accept cancellations of orders.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged, due of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for: our made to order products, including custom requests or items that do not state IN STOCK.
Damaged/defective items are to be returned within 14 days of receiving – please email us before you return these.

Orders placed using either two or more coupons not discussed and approved by us may require a refund. This will fall into a “change of mind” refund and a restocking fee may be on this order.
Orders placed without a discount code can not be altered or have an amount refunded once the order is placed for the coupon discount. If you have trouble entering the discount please email us prior to ordering we are unable to refund past orders through our website provider.
